In fact, the American Kennel Club ranks Poodles as the seventh most popular out of 193 recognized breeds. These spunky pets are lively, easy to train, and friendly around other dogs and people. The AKC initially recognized them in 1887 and placed them in the Toy Group.

Poodle hair can also be “corded” with rope-like mats similar to those of a Komondor or human dreadlocks.

Coat

This Breed sheds almost no hair and is useful for sensitivity victims.  colorations are black, white, brown, gray, apricot, and red.
